Lifeline
Helping Elders and Their Caregivers Since 1974
The American Red Cross Lifeline service provides peace of mind to subscribers and caregivers knowing that help is just the press of a button away. The button is worn around the neck or on the wrist and can be pressed at any time to contact the Lifeline emergency response center. Lifeline personnel are able to communicate with each subscriber by speakerphone. Each subscriber has an individual care plan on file which enables Lifeline to contact the most appropriate help in a timely manner.
