Community Services

The American Red Cross of Central Florida provides locally relevant humanitarian services that help people within the community be safer, healthier and more self-reliant.

Programs offered by Community Services are wide-ranging, touching the lives of young and old throughout neighborhoods across the country. The variety of services include our Primrose student transportation service; caregiver education such as the new Family Caregiving modules and Preventing Shaken Baby Syndrome courses; the Dial-A-Friend telephone reassurance program; and Lifeline personal emergency response system.

Last year, Red Cross chapters across the United States provided almost 22 million Community Services programs to individuals.
